[영어] 가산명사 research question의 어원과 의미

영단어를 암기하던 중 research question의 뜻이 헷갈려 이를 캠브릿지딕셔너리와 윅셔너리를 참고하여 정리해봤습니다.

1. research question의 어원

'연구'라는 뜻의 명사 research와 '질문'이라는 뜻의 명사 question이 합쳐져 명사구 research question이 등장합니다.

가산명사 research question의 곡용형은 위와 같습니다. 단수는 research question, 복수는 research questions입니다.

그렇게 research question은 '연구질문'이라는 뜻을 가집니다.

흔히 RQ라고 불립니다.
